    • Shop for plans at HealthCare.gov or on your state's Marketplace (or work with a broker)
    • Sign up during the open enrollment period or anytime you have a qualifying life event
    • Apply an advance premium tax credit (APTC), if you qualify¹
    • Watch for a confirmation in your email or mail within 10 business days or check your enrollment status

    • Meet the annual deductible, then your plan pays a percentage of costs for covered services
